Port Clinton | New Home Construction

After FCI Design Build completed work for one of their family members, the clients inquired with us to help build a new construction lake house on a beautiful piece of lakefront property in Port Clinton, Ohio to act as a home that any of their family members can utilize. The project was a new construction home built in the modern cape cod design style which lent beautifully to Lake Erie being quite literally in the back yard.
