FCI Design Build is a custom build and remodel firm located in Rocky River, Ohio. We were first established in 1991 as a small remodeling company in Cleveland, Ohio. Initially including founder and President, Mike Foster, and several employees, we got our start working on many historic Cleveland homes doing remodeling, renovations, and historic preservation in partnership with the Cleveland Restoration Society.

Since then, we have made and nurtured many great relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, designers, and homeowners alike. This has pushed us to expand our services into custom-built homes, full house remodels, and additions, focusing on producing only the best craftsmanship work in the region.

Now including two of Mike's sons, the team brings a down-to-earth and experienced dynamic to each and every client that we have the pleasure of working with. We are continually trying to push the envelope as it relates to providing the best service we can, whether that is improving our processes, using new and improved building techniques, or pursuing our continued education. The industry is constantly evolving and so is FCI Design Build.
