A Christmas Story House | Cleveland

In 2005, FCI Design Build was able to get the opportunity to work with Brian Jones, who purchased what was at the time, the rundown historic house that was home to Ralphie and his family in “A Christmas Story” (at least the exterior since the interior was a sound stage in Hollywood). The goal? Bring the movie’s version of the house to life through painstakingly sifting through stills of the movie to recreate the interior as true to life as the move depicted. After about a year of work, the house and associated museum opened up to the public and has been a hub for local tourism ever since.
